2. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.2 Payment

Billing:

Payments are processed immediately upon subscription purchase

3.3 Price Changes

3.4 Taxes

IPTV Flix may occasionally offer promotional discounts or special pricing. Promotional terms will be clearly stated at the time of offer and may include:

4.2 Promotion Limitations

Promotions are non-transferable

5. Refund Policy

IPTV Flix offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

5.4 Service Credits

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Cancellation by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation Terms:

Access continues until the end of your current billing period

6.2 Termination by IPTV Flix

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you:

Violate these Terms & Conditions
Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
Share account credentials publicly or commercially
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
Distribute or resell our content without authorization

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service is immediately revoked
All account data may be permanently deleted after 30 days
Outstanding balances become immediately due
You remain liable for any charges incurred before termination

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Upload malicious code or attempt to hack our infrastructure

Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate local laws

7.3 Content Rights

All content available through IPTV Flix is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, and unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

IPTV Flix owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in:

The IPTV Flix brand name, logo, and trademarks
Website design, software, and technology
User interface and experience elements

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Fitness for a particular purpose

9.2 Content Disclaimer

IPTV Flix does not control or guarantee:

Availability of specific channels or content
Quality or accuracy of third-party content
Removal of content due to licensing changes
Broadcast schedules or programming accuracy

9.3 No Warranty for Losses

IPTV Flix is not liable for any losses resulting from:

Service interruptions or technical difficulties
Content unavailability or removal
Security breaches or unauthorized access to your account
Errors in billing or payment processing

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Flix’s total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.2 Excluded Damages

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact support@iptv-flix.online to attempt to resolve disputes informally. We will work in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

12.2 Arbitration Agreement

Binding Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or equivalent in your jurisdiction.

Individual Basis: All disputes must be brought individually. Class action lawsuits or class arbitrations are not permitted.

Location: Arbitration will be conducted via videoconference or in a location mutually agreed upon.

Costs: Each party bears its own arbitration costs, except that IPTV Flix will reimburse your filing fees if your claim is for less than $10,000.

12.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction, or pursue injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

12.4 Governing Law

13. General Provisions
